Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN)
Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK)
Viettel Post, VNPost
International couriers (for overseas orders)

3. Delivery Time

Inner city areas: 1–2 business days
Other provinces/regions: 2–5 business days
International shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping for orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or more
Orders below this threshold will incur standard shipping fees based on carrier rates
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Each shipment includes a tracking number
Customers can track their delivery status via TECHXXTOP’s website or through email/SMS notifications

6. Re-Delivery Policy

If the courier is unable to contact or deliver the order:

They will attempt up to 3 delivery attempts
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to TECHXXTOP
Customers must pay the shipping fee again for re-delivery (if requested)
