You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturer error

  • You received the wrong model, size, or color

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product is unused, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact

Note: Returns are not accepted for used items, clearance/final-sale products, or items missing original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide photos/videos of the product and proof of purchase

  3. Wait for confirmation from our support team regarding return eligibility

  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our team

  5. TECHXXTOP will inspect the item and process a refund or replacement within 3–7 business days

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Free return shipping for items with defects, wrong delivery, or shipping damage caused by TECHXXTOP or the courier

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for two-way shipping fees

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund if the product is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced

  • Refunds can be processed via bank transfer or store voucher (as agreed)

  • Refunds are issued within 3–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
